Refund Policy

This Refund Policy explains how billing, cancellations, and refunds work for ZenithNative, operated by ZenithNative.

1.Summary

We do not offer refunds. You can cancel anytime to stop future billing. When you cancel, you keep access to your paid features until the end of your current billing period.

2.Why We Don't Offer Refunds

We offer a 3-day free trial so you can fully evaluate ZenithNative before paying. Cancel during the trial = no charge. The trial lets you set up your workspace, connect communication channels, train your AI, and handle real conversations before any payment is taken. Because you can try the product thoroughly before being billed, we do not provide refunds on paid plans.

3.How to Cancel

You can cancel your subscription at any time in just a few steps:

  1. Open your dashboard.
  2. Go to Settings.
  3. Open the Billing section.
  4. Click Cancel subscription and confirm.

Your plan will not renew, and you will keep access to paid features until the end of your current billing period. After that, your subscription ends and access to paid features stops.

4.Exceptions

If our Service is genuinely broken — for example, an extended outage, a billing error, or a duplicate charge — contact us at contact@zenithnative.com and we will review your situation case-by-case and make it right where appropriate.

5.Failed Payments

If a renewal payment fails, we will attempt to charge your payment method again over a short grace period and notify you. If payment still cannot be completed, your subscription will be suspended and paid features will be paused until billing is restored. Your data is retained in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

6.Annual Plans

Annual plans are billed upfront for the year and are non-refundable. We do not provide prorated refunds for the unused portion of an annual term. To avoid renewal, cancel before your annual renewal date; you will keep access until the end of the paid term.
